Bookings
All bookings made through this website are requests until confirmed by our team. Prices shown online are estimates; a fixed, all-inclusive price is confirmed before travel.
Payment
We accept cash, card and EFT. Long-distance and group trips may require a deposit to secure the vehicle and driver.
Cancellations
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before pick-up are free of charge. Later cancellations or no-shows may be charged to cover driver and vehicle costs.
Delays and waiting time
We monitor flights on airport transfers. Extended waiting time outside the agreed pick-up window may be charged at our standard hourly rate.
Luggage and passengers
Vehicle capacity is limited to the passenger and luggage numbers listed on our fleet page. Additional luggage must be arranged in advance.
Conduct and liability
Passengers must wear seatbelts and follow reasonable driver instructions. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures or events outside our control.
